Help Please!

I'm only 9 weeks and 4 days and its my first baby. I've been getting a lot of nausea and wanting to vomit usually when I'm about to eat. What can I drink or do so the sickness goes away?
Also I don't get hungry a lot and everything just gets me sick when I try eating something

I was the same way. I'm 18 w and 5d and I actually just stuck it out and I would eat even if I was nauseous and I found out I could breath and control weather or not I threw up . Most the time it worked but there are a few times it doesn't.
