This is kind of TM but i need advice plzzz

I'm 30 weeks and i have very strong and sometimes unbearable pain down there (TM i know). when i last saw my midwife at 28 weeks she said baby was head down but she didn't seem worried or rather didn't say much about it. That week i was fine, i didn't feel this pain or pressure, now it's almost unbearable and i feel it when  i walk, sleep get up or just move about. I'm only 30 and can't even think of this  pain been carried on until i'm 40 weeks :(

anyone had something like this before? please give me advice

It's called pelvic floor pressure. My sister had it so bad with her daughters that she felt they would literally fall out of her! There's really nothing to be done about it except to watch how you move, walk, stand, etc. Unless someone else has any information, that's all I've got.
