Fresh pineapple has natural hormones in it, anything that releases oxytocin is good hence why sex and nipple stimulation are good, sperm also naturally can soften your cervix, and then walking squats etc are good because of gravity.

pineapples, walking, sex (he has to ejaculate inside of you), red raspberry leaf tea, squats, not sure what else. I'm 38 weeks and a few days and I lost my mucus plug but still not dilated nor having contractions :( baby comes when she/he is ready!
