Help please!

I just gave birth to my little one on the 30th she was born one week early and im breast feeding her. Can u guys please tell me what can I eat and what not to eat and how can I produce more milk.

you can ewat everything. try to stay on the lighter side of chili,hot wings and things like that. the best way to produce more milk is to feed her on demand on every 1-3 hours feed her whenever she wants,frquency is key here. also i have a fabo recipe for a rice drink that will make you fill up like crazy ill find it and write you back.

My Mom always told me to have a glass of water at hands reach whenever I sat down to nurse and also to relax and try to get rid of any stressful or negative emotions. It really helped me so I would use my nursing times to relax and cuddle with my baby. I swear I had enough milk to feed triplets lol but since your baby is only a week old I'm sure your milk quantity is perfect for her ;)

I never needed this but, my sister swears by it!!!
She says it works overnight to 48 hours.
