Get a pair of socks and fill them with rice, tie them off and stick one in the freezer and microwave one until its warm but not hot. Homemade hot/ cold compresses :) put them on the sore area and switch them out every twenty minutes. The hot and cold will help work the muscles out and hopefully relieve some of the pain.
Unfortunately no I haven't just sitting/laying straight as possible seems to be the most comfortable when it is hurting though
Have u figured out anything that helps? It literly makes me stop dead in my tracks and want to cry
