Almost time?

I was induced with my first pregnancy at 41 weeks, so I really dunno what to look for as to early labor or warning signs before labor.
My mom says what I'm about to write here in a sec, that what I'm experience could be the start of early labor, but my mom, I'm sorry to say, can be over dramatic and over exaggerative. lolol

I'm 35w4d.

Today I've been having menstral-like cramps ALL day.
I know cramping in pregnancy is normal. But these ones are very OUT THERE like BAM! In your face I'm gunna torcher you all day today! kinda cramps. Like how they usually feel on my 2nd and worst day of my period. Very uncomfortable and kinda hurting me?

My low back has been having a really really irritating pain.
This morning it was on my let side, most of the day it was on both sides, and now it's on my right side.
That hasn't quit either.
My low back aches ontop of having that irritating kinda sharp pain. It's making it very difficult to get comfortable.

I've been getting WICKED sharp pains around my cervix that sometimes get so bad I can't function and it makes my knees almost buckle from underneath me.

I also know early labor can last for WEEKS before it gets anywhere to start making changes in your cervix.

Is this just normal pregnancy cr@p or could this be step 1?

Well I don't wanna go to the hospital if I don't gatta because that's an hour+ drive from here.
I know I'm not in labor, but these symptoms could be a warning sign that it's coming soon.
I did a little research and they said it can last up to a few weeks before making any changes in your cervix and turning into full blown labor.

I'm hoping I can make it to atleast another week and a half till I'm 37 weeks and full term.
I hope I don't make it to my 39th week though cuz I don't want another c-section!! I want my VBAC!!

riot~ Crystal is right. you dont' want to have baby aiden this early because his lungs may not be completely mature meaning he'd have a NICU stay.

Go to the doctor's and get a pelvic exam done. they'll probably put you on the monitors too.
IF you are in preterm labor, they'll likely give you meds to stop it or slow the progression however if your not they'll just send you home with instructions about when to come in (4 or more ctx in an hour...if there's any bleeding, watery discharge (like your water breaking) or anything like that to head back in.

I wish I could say but, like you, I was induced at 41 weeks the last time.  I wouldn't have any clue what to look for in terms of early labour either, so if you find anything out, let me know, ok? :-)

I would def get it checked out at the labour ward. The can check to see if your dilated then. You do not wanna have your bundle yet... The wort they'll do is say no its not labour and send you home...Good luck and I hope baby holds off for a few weeks.
