Help!

I'm 24 weeks and have had a lot of stomach pain for 24 hours.  It feels like I ate something bad, pretty consistant pain with occasional bad stomach cramps. Nothing is making me feel better.  I think it's from something I ate, but I haven't had diarreah or vomited, just really burpy.  I haven't even been able to pass gas.  What should I do?

Ok, reading your question over again...are you maybe constipated or feel like you have to pass gas but can't at all? Drinking more water can help with constipation or something that has fiber in it. Fruits and veggies are good for fiber and the water content. If it's not that then I can't think of what else it could be.

I don't have any heartburn, I can just hear my stomach bubbling around and it's in a lot of pain.

Do you have some tums? Could it possibly be heartburn? Many pregnant women deal with heartburn and get it pretty bad. Tums are safe to take and are good with the extra calcium in them. Maybe give that a try and see!
