So during my pregnancy i have taken my prenatal vitamins im 24 weeks 5 dayss its hard for me to swallow them i called my dr to see if i could get gummy ones but wont be here till nxt week if i make smoothies or milk shakes & blend the pill in it willit be ok & is it a bad time to start taking them?

I am not sure how well it would blend and it would likely taste gross lol but you can try it and see how it goes I don't think it will change the effects that the vitamins have once they are in your system

I wouldn't blend the pill. Vitamins are designed so that they are absorbed a certain way. Blending them into a smoothie might alter that. You can buy the gummis at the store they aren't prescription.

They sell gummie vitamins in the drug store. I take vitafusion brand prenatal gummies and never had a problem with them :)

Do any of you think making milk shakes & blending mg vitamin pill in there too is a good idea?

I have the same problem I can't swallow mine but I also throw it up as soon as I take it I tryed a lot of prenatals and none of them help so my doctor told me to drink lots of milk and to take multivitamins
