Is the only way to get rid of them by getting surgery? and also how did i get it??
I had to have two surgeries for my hernias.
It ***** especially being pregnant! I feel stings and pulling where they were/are I might need another surgery at some point my doctor only pushed them back in but he said they can be cut out.
I read it's having a weak abdomen for me. They are in my lower abdomen. I think picking up heavy objects. I am not sure what would cause yours. There are different types.

Yes surgery is the only way. A hernia occurs when an extra piece of muscle tissue breaks through the surface and bubbles up. If they rupture it can cause a blood infection. I have bilateral inguinal hernias, and will have to have surgery at some point to have them both removed. Just putting it off bc I react so badly to anesthesia.
