Mothers Day...?

Am I the only one that feels like us pregnant women should get gifts and cards from our man and calls and texts saying happy mothers day even though the baby is not here yet...

My hubby got me a card and flowers when I was pregnant with our daughter (didn't know what she was at the time). He signed the card from peanut (her womb name) and daddy. So sweet. It goes both ways though ladies! I took my hubby on a three night vacation for father's day!

Well my boyfriend only gets one week off a month. So I don't see him for 3 weeks. So a lot of times he 8 a gone for work. I don't really care for flowers. I feel they are to expensive for something that is going to die soon. He will get me a card. But it's mostly just my daugther and I home. I will get my mother and my grandmas gifts. If it wasn't for all of them, I wouldn't be here. I am slap don't celebrate valentine's days like kcwayman.  I already know my mother you loves me. He knows I love him.

Personally we did not celebrate until after baby is born and really did almost nothing until there old enough to do it themselves. Mothers day is for your kids to do something sweet for you I think. However to each there own I don't do valentines day either. My gift is I get to be a mom that's enough for me.

I hope my boyfriend does something, it would be nice. Ive always said "happy mother's day" to my friends that were pregnant over mother's day. I feel like we should also at least be told that.

I'm celebrating ! I didn't give up caffeine , cute clothes , && my body for no reason . We ARE moms being pregnant . We have to eat right && do the right things for our babys health . We sacrifice just like moms with children that are born .
