High Blood Pressure

I'm 6 weeks and I am having my first craving... Salt & Vinegar chips. I've only had one bag but I'm tryna ignore the craving because I feel like this craving will lead me to high blood pressure. Is it hard to ignore cravings?

Depends on your body. I ended up with high blood pressure but it could have been from many things.  I would try eating in moderation and asking your Dr for any suggestions that could be of more help.

You are speaking my language right now girl!!!! I loveeee salt and vinegar chips right now. Im 10 weeks and could seriously eat the whole dang bag. They help curve my nausea too. Ive never had high blood pressure from too much salt however in my past pregnancies(like in last trimester)if i ate them too often my feet would swell up pretty good. At this point its hard for me to ignore cravings. Sometimes your body craves what you need but just try to eat whatever it is in moderation. Take care :)
