I am sure that your doc would have told you that something was wrong with they don't "see" anything in the sac this far. Are your number still rising? and everything else still checking out right?? Once you go back in for your next check up tell your docs your worried. I had a scare like this last year...but I went in for a trans vag us last year because they were looking for cyst. HPT came back neg, one Bloodwork came back less then 1 BFN. BUT they did an u/s they said they saw a sac. But bloodwork said NOT PREG. So the doc wrote it off as just a polyp. Well I go back to the doc 3 months later, still with irregular periods, HPT still coming back negitive, and well Bloodwork came back POS, and guess what...the sac was really a baby. I think I was 4.5-5 months prego. Some where around there. So I fired that doc as my OBGYN because he didn't know what he was doing! So I was say don't stress (not good for the baby), and just keep asking questions, it is not good to worrie yourself. Good Luck, and Congrats!

If there was something to worry about, I am sure the doctor would have spoke with you about it. Don't worry as much as possible, and ask your doctor about at your next appointment.
