My back is killing me today so I totally sympathize! I'm 16-weeks tomorrow. I was working out in my yard today and I think that's what did it. Ugh, sometimes I forget I have to take it much easier than when not pregnant.
ya i did the hand and knees last night and it was lot better, so i figured that it was no big deal... but i love the opinions of you ladies
Your hips shift in pregnancy. They're tilted down in a non-pregnant woman/girl. When you become pregnant they tilt up and they widen to allow baby to get down and out of the birth canal. This process can happen all throughout your pregnancy. Getting on your hands-and-knees can help alleviate the pressure. Having your partner/husband massage your lower back and hips for you.
