I had that happen twice in the early stages of my Second trimester. My mom said it was my body cleaning itself out and I was fine. But it was weird and there was no color to it or smell and everythings fine.

Yes it's normal.  Jelly discharge is normal.  If it was your plug it'd definitely have some color to it.

Discharge is completely normal.  Especially clear /white discharge.  As long as it doesn't start to turn yellow or smell bad.
