Horrible leg and hip cramps

When I'm sleeping I have to get up every 10 Mins or so to turn over on my other side because my entire leg will be cramping is there anything I can do to help it ? Rolling over is not easy at almost 36 weeks

Or buy a brita water bottle. It has a filter and you can keep refilling it with tap but it will filter the water.

That's your best bet go to Wal-Mart they are 98 cent

You need more water I bet I used to get bad cramps till my doctor told me to drink more water. I walk around with a water bottle everyday now.

I have no clue I know they told me to drink 9 bottles a day but I can't drink the sink water because it has basically like pool water and I don't have the money to keep buying water I think I'm going to start drinking a gallon
