Always keep a cold water bottle with you. The sun will dehydrate you faster when you are getting direct sunlight. About skin being sensitive is true. I used to tan really well a few years ago and than it got harder for me to tan. Well last week I went to the park with my husband and stayed in the sun for 20-30 minutes before we decided to leave to beat traffic going home. I came home started to change and realized that I got a slight sun burn

If you plan to be outside for a long period of time always have a water bottle on you.

As long as you dont overheat and keep hydrated yes. No tanning though and if you do then wet a towel and lay it over your belly to protect baby.

Drink lots and lots of water! A wear sunscreen cuz your skin is a lot more sensitive to sun! But hydration is key!
