I used to eat hot cheetos all the time until I learned that it was causing a lot of stomach ulcers in kids .made me too nervous to even try it ! But I think in moderation its ok .

Spicy food is fine. Just watch out for heartburn. My little girl kicks like crazy after I eat salsa or hot chips.
