Hot tub and swimming pool on 7 week ..
I'm about 7 week pregnant
I was hanging out with friends last night and I used hot tub and cold swimming pool. In the morning I felt sick (weak and body temperature higher than usual).
I'm really worry now if everything is OK???

A swimming pool is definitely okay a lot of people recommend it but it's a big red flag on hot tubs
You are not suspose to use hot tubs !!! It can make your body to hot for the baby thats probably why you dont feel good
