How Flipping Embarrassing >.< !!

So I just went pee like ten minutes prior to laying on the couch so I can watch my show. I sneezed once and nothing happened.. the second time was so hard I peed myself >.< like a lot!!! Where the he'll did that all come from when I just peed?! Lol has this happened to anyone else before?

It happens to me all the time !! Lol I could pee & a minute later sneeze & pee again! So terrible lol

Yea I'm thinking about investing in some panty liners lol my fiance was at work when it happened so I texted him what happened. Im just glad he wasn't here haha I probably would've cried! Lol

It has happened to me at work where I sneezed and dribbled a little, I had to go to the bathroom right way and clean myself up ! So embarrassing ><

I have started wearing panty liners most of the time for that reason. It helps so I don't have to change my pants lol. It really is embarrassing

My fiance thinks its funny too :/ Im happy I'm not alone on this though. I couldn't believe it! I jumped off of the couch like omg I did not just pee myself that much! Lol if I was further along I would've thought my water broke lol

I had the same thing happen but I was at work and peed my pants! I was so embarrassed to tell my boss that I needed to run home to change my pants!

I'm 26+3 and this started happening about 2 weeks ago for me. My husband things it is hilarious and I am mortified over it!

I'm 34+5 but when I was born I had an undersized bladder, which lead to me wetting the bed quite often and generally having to use the bathroom A LOT when I was a kid. At about 6 years old we went to a doctor and he told me to while I was peeing to stop and hold it... Long story short I've been doing keigles since I was like 6 lmao

It wasn't a lot but for a little while every time I sneezed or coughed i would pee myself a little :0
I made that stop happening with daily intense keigles lol and every time I sneeze I kinda tighten up down there like I'm expecting it and sneeze softer it hadn't happened to me in like 2-3 months now :)
