Yes, first morning urine has the most hcg bc it's been the longest since you've used the bathroom. (the hcg is more concentrated)

if your not sure of your periods then you can test two weeks after the last time you had unprotected sex you should be able to get a accurate result by then(any kind other than blue dyes they give you false results more than any other kind) good luck!
