How did you feel the day you went into labor??

Okay ladies just curious how everyone felt the day they went into labor? I wanna hear any odd symptoms or anything that happened to you... I'm 40+2 and just waiting for my little one, I want to know what everyone's experiences were and what to look out for (:

Every delivery is different with my first Baby I was really hungry practically ate the whole menu of a mcds then went to sleep I slept all day just got up to pee and well a few extra activity with my husband. Then I woke up around 8 pm I had my bloody show I ate dinner and went back to sleep around 2 am I woke up with contractions went ti the hospital at 5 am had my epidural which I hated and had my baby around 2 pm. Make sure you have a good support ( music messaging and stories help alot) my second my water broke my oldest son then 1 year 11 months and 29 days jumped on top of me breaking my water around 12 pm but I had no  contractions so they had to induce me after 2 hours of contractions I had my second son at 11:40 pm. My daughter I woke up to go to the bathroom but I couldn't walk so I asked Dh  to take me to the hospital they induced me at 10 am and I my baby had my baby around 8 pm the most painful delivery. My last son I was being monitored since 25 weeks due to low amiotic fluid the last visit I had my son had dropping heart rate when I contracted may I add I felt no contractions and I was 1 day away from my due date so they  keeped me over night in the morning my contractions were regular more constant charting high but I only felt preasure when they did my vaginal check I  was 1 centimeter one hour later they re examined me I was 3 centimeters but he was breech so they stopped my contractions and on to the operating table I went. Yup 4 kids and the  last one a a c-section

I woke up with really bad lower back pain that continued all day to the point my mother in law rang the hospital to find out was going on and they told her i was in early stages of Labour.
With my 3rd i woke up at 1 and thought in needed go to the toilet to do number 2s but couldnt half hour later i got my first pains.

I was woke up at 3 in the morning with awful cramps rocked back and forth on the bed until 5 thats when I finally said it was time to go that it wasnt braxton hicks got there I was 4 cm and was in active labor goodluck

Don't eat heavy just in case you go into labor...
Eat yello.....
Alot of fluid....
Maybe crackers ...
Just eat really light....

Don't relax, get up and walk!! That will help get those contractions going!!! LOL. I hope you go into labor today!!

With my first, i started nesting like crazy the day before scrubbing down the furniture and vacuuming all the furniture.   Then the day of i was really tired and started feeling like i had my period and started spotting and had horrible lower back pain.  I went in at 10 pm that night and had her 7pm the next day :)

Thanks ladies for responding (: I'm hoping today could be it for me.I woke up and cleaned my whole house, started to feel nauseous so I laid down and noticed I was having a lot of tightening in my stomach along with menstrual like cramping... I took a nap and I am still having the contractions but they haven't really gotten more intense, but my belly button is really sore and I think it's from my stomach being so tight. I'm just gonna eat some lunch and try to relax and pray that they get stronger!!

I was told I was very spacy the night before..not fully here lol. That next day..I just knew not sure how. Intuition I guess

I was throwing up a lot a day before after eating a pizza... that night 1 am I started getting contractions every 5 min. Then I had my baby at 10:05 am....
1 day before my due date....

Thanks for posting this question.  I am 40 wks tomorrow and have no signs that labor is coming soon except for being totally miserable LOL

I woke up with little twitch but it was not too bad... spent the day shopping and eating spicy food with a friend to 'bring on labour' :)

I slept like I was hibernating and I remember the baby was very calm and didn't move much...then Bam! I was having cramps that felt like "little fires".

I woke up feeling really energized and cleaned pretty much the whole house then I started feeling nauseous and laid down and i have been having some menstrual like cramps and I am either too hot or freezing. I hope my little one shows up soon!
