Its gonna be super hard for me to give it up : ( but I can't stand my body right now so I'll just have to suck it up and go for it thanks ladies!!!

I am finally pre-preggo weight 10 months later......pre-preggo body, FAR FROM IT!!!  When I lay on my side my skin just slids on over and lays on the ground too....so gross.  No amount of crunches will get it in....and I am not as young as the rest of the poters so that could be it.  When your almost 30 your skin doesnt suck back in as good as it should!
Just try to eat in moderation and be active...all of which are easy to do when you are a mom because you have no time to eat and once your baby is acive you will be running around everywhere!

Yoga, eating super healthy, stroller jogging, and crunches. That is what got me down to regular size after pregnancy.

I gained 50lbs with my first son.... I know CRAZY! Anyway I did breast feed afterwards (for 18 months) and I started doing Bikram Yoga. It is a very intense form of yoga practiced in a 105 degree room for 90 minutes. I LOVE IT! I have been going for 5 years now...
Firstly you lose anywhere between 300 and 500 calories a day from nursing and between 500 and 800 calories from Bikram so I lost all the weight and then some in 6 months. Before I knew it I was back in a size two, no stretch marks, no saggy skin- bikini ready. I also wore a girdle (I know, old lady) until I lost all the weight. I truly believed it helped my stomach return to being smooth.
It is so essential that you drink water- it should be your main form of drink. It is hard, but I gave up my super yummy Starbucks triple shot latte and soda years ago. Now I only drink water- and I crave it. I am not saying that you should go to that extreme, but do what works for you. You will definitely feel better if you get more water. Good Luck!

if you work your ab muscles the skin will disappear.  it's just stretched from pregnancy!  do some kegals and crunches and situps, that helps for it!

Well, if you quit the pop and lattes that would be 10 lbs right there.  They say the caffeine in those adds 10 lbs! Have you tried flavored water?   But walk everyday with the baby.  Go for a mile for a week and then up it to two miles and then the next to three.  That worked for my friend.  She walks 3 miles a day with her baby!

If you google exercising with baby, there should be sites that pop up with stuff to do and use your baby as a weight so of thing.  I have read about those in magazines.

ummm, i'll keep thinking and see if i can think of anything else.  :)
