How do I know if my pregnacy is going okay

Well last week Wednesday I had blood drawn for my hcg levels and I'm have still not had my doctor phoned me. She said that the results would be there Monday. I have phoned twice since and got told on those days I would be phoned. I'm getting a bit desperate as I want to know if my baby is okay. What are the signs that my baby can be okay? I'm about 7 weeks

Usually, no news is good news honestly. I'm sure they'd be much quicker getting a hold of you if something WAS wrong, than if nothing was wrong. Cramping can be very normal, unless it's really painful, but painful cramping and bleeding are signs something is wrong, if you're having none of those, don't stress, chances are baby is just fine! I never had one symptom of pregnancy, and I'm 16w5d. Call a hundred times in an hour and get through, sometimes you really have to push them to get them to get you the information, and I know how anxious this time is, don't worry about bugging them, that's what they're there for!

Some times if there is nothing to worry about they won't call you about your results. I know my Dr will only call if there is a concern. I wouldn't worry too much and like agrell said as long as you aren't bleeding and cramping then everything should be ok :)

It's really hard to say since every pregnancy is different for everyone...but my Dr said morning sickness is a good sign...and if you aren't cramping and bleeding that's good...I wish I could be more help I hope you get the great news you deserve :)) good luck love
