How do I?
Me and my husband had sex today and I am currently having pretty painful contractions 7 min apart but with time they are spacing out. How do I keep them from spacing out? I want them to get stronger and closer together. Should I have sex again tonight? I am already drinking red Raspberry leaf tea and taking primrose oil gel tablets. Any suggestions?!
Maybe u could try oral...have him do u a favor. Since its so painful. Just a thought

Mommy2be05: I've heard of so many ways besides sex, but for sex they say you should BOTH orgasm. Also try... Freshly cut Pineapple, Kiwi, Nipple Stimulation, Squats, Bouncing on birthing ball, Acupressure points massage, etc... Have you tried these?
Sex was actually pretty painful but I managed to take the pain so that we could both "finish" and see if contractions would Start up. Which they did three hours later. (Sorry if TMI) I'm just scared of doing it again because it hurt so bad. I am not sure if I'm dilated yet, I get checked Wednesday.
Lucky you!! I'm 37w 1d today too n I just had sex and I'm not having contractions at all!! Me and my husband want our lil boy here already....what should I do to start gettin contractions???
Oh! Girl do anything shy of running a triathlon sex sex and more sex try it again!!! Wish I had more contractions are u dilated yet?
