How long before breast start to leak?

I'm 18 weeks my breast are  full but I haven't start to leak yet?? Is it still too soon?

Well I know nipples get bumps around them its oil producing glands called Montgomery's tubercles. All of this is to prep your breasts for feeding the baby and completely normal. Also those glads smell like the amniotic fluid inside you that your baby is in so its familiar to baby:)

well my nipples have white dots on them so I wonder if it's trying to start

Anywhere from sixteen weeks on is considered normal but many women (myself included) don't leak at all during pregnancy. I didn't start "leaking" until three days after my daughter was born when my milk came in.

Not everyone leaks. I didn't with my first until after my son came out.
