ladies how long did it take before u found out you where pregnant

I found out two weeks after conception or four weeks after my last period. I had missed my period, but no other symptoms. I happened to have a drs appt for something else and they decided to test me for it. It was blood.

I took 3 hcg testes and all was negative but I have pregnancy symptoms
