URGENT Please help!

First of, I have a disease called Polycysistic Ovarian Syndrome so I have very irrregular menstrual cycles.. I had unpretected sex over a month a go, a few days in a row.. For the past 48 hours I've been having intense lower back pain, bad cramps in my lower stomach ( mainly on the left side, going down to my hip). And i've been bleeding (vaginal) very bad. Like I've had to change a super plus tampon every 15 to 20 minutes.. otherwise blood will be everywhere.. What is happening???

I have pcos and you need to be seen by a dr asap. It could be anything from a ruputred cyst to possibly a tubal pregnancy that trying to miscarry itsself which is sometimes common in pcos from what my RE has told me. Good luck

Bleeding that heavy over two days is pretty serious. I think you need to go to the ER. Now. If you can, get someone to drive you because all that blood loss could be making you pretty weak and dizzy.

I have no idea but seek medical help immediately! It could be a ruptured cyst or something like that. Hope you are ok!
