How many weeks do you have to be for baby to hear you talking ?
at 14 weeks they can hear muffled sounds and it gets better between 16-18 weeks is when they can hear clearly.
Your baby begins to filter sound but his hearing is still muffled at around 16 weeks. By 25 weeks however, his hearing is fully developed.
