How much weight did you gain in the first 12 weeks?

I swear i thought i was 124 or at the least 120 lbs but when i got my weight checked yesterday I was 114. That's how much i weighted pre-pregnancy. I have a little bumb on my tummy so i thought i would've gained some but then again it looks like I lost my butt and i have twigger legs.  How much weight did you gain or lose the first 12 weeks?

My hubby made me go from around 125 to 135. That's just when we were first married in December. From December to March I hadn't checked my weight but since living with him I've gained 10 pounds I guess lol I got pregnant in march and right now I weigh 134. Today my ob had mentioned I lost 1 pound but I fluctuate from 132-136 since being pregnant. I feel as though I've been eating a lot more now then ever lol

I'm almost ten weeks and have lost 13-15 lbs (my home scale is off by one or two pounds). I'm a bit overweight though, so doctors aren't worried. The first trimester is really different for everyone with weight.
