How to find a good Gynecologist

Hello All
I am new in this forum and live near Parsippany, NJ. I am thinking to plan for a baby soon. Is here anybody from this area? Can you please suggest me good gynecologist and Obstetrician may be in Denville or Morristown?
Can somebody please suggest me any good website where I can find reviews for doctors in my area?
