How to get rid of fatigue

Hello ladies! I tried googleing it, but I wanted to kno frm personal experience how u guys cope with being lazy all the time. Im always tired, n bcuz I am a stay at hm mom im packin on more pounds than would like. My house chores are never fully completed like before. Im still trying to quit cigaretts, I wonder if that could b another factor thats causing less energy. Tyvm for ur time =)

Ty ill will try that! This pregnancy is tiring compared to my 1st. I gotta quit cigaretts im gonna do it this wk.

Not sure about the cigarettes because I don't smoke, but I've battled fatigue throughout, especially in the first trimester. I used to try to get things done in 5 minute spurts. Load the glasses in the dishwasther, sit down for 10 minutes, load the plates, sit down for 10 minutes. Takes forever, but at least you get some stuff done. Take a walk, even if it's a short one. It's counterintuitive, but if you get even a little exercise you'll have more energy. That said, I usually needed a nap after a walk down the block lol, but at least after I got up I felt pretty good. And let yourself rest, it's a hard thing we're doing. For a while there I used paper plates, paper cups, and plastic forks/spoons...try to find ways to minimize the work you have to do, so that you can get the rest that your body needs.
