Cross your arms in front of your chest, have someone stand behind you and bear hug you around your crossed arms and arch their back really far back picking you up off the floor. Cracks everything from mid to lower back, its my upper back I can't crack with this big belly lol

Try laying on a heating pad...it ALWAYS helps me
