How true are these?

I have read in multiple magazine articles and websites of some signs of labor approaching soon one of the things on the list being diarrhea. I read that because your muscles are relaxing in your lower abdomen area, it also causes your intestines to relax causing diarrhea. Another thing that I read is "nesting". I have not had a nesting mode throughout my pregnancy and now at 37 weeks I have a sudden burst of random energy and just want to clean and get everything organized for when baby comes. I'm sure there is probably no way to tell when you are getting ready to go into labor, and I might just be getting more anxious as the due date approaches but really, how true are these "myths"?

I have had 8 babies now and never had diarrhea before going into labor.  I have heard it can be common but not always true for sure.  As for nesting...my biggest thing has always been to have the baby's bed/linens, clothes, etc. all washed before baby comes.  Sometimes I would want to do more but always remind myself that some things can actually wait but the less I have to worry about when the baby arrives (having to do w/ the baby), the better because finding the time later is more challenging w/ a newborn.

Anyway, some myths may turn out to be true for you and some may not.  Like Lilseamoney said...it really is a guessing game for everyone.

I've been nesting for a while and I'm 33+5, the diarrhea thing is true but it doesn't always happen to everyone. It's a guessing game really :/

The lose bowls are pretty true but your body can prepare for labor prrty early . and the same for nesting . I was nesting at 30 weeks . but this  is my 3rd baby so I may go threw things a tad earlier
