I've heard they help, bc it's good to get/have the right amount of folic acid during pregnancy. Also eating healthy (veggies/fruits/lean meats/limiting sugar/high amount of fat) and exercise. ;) another good way to conceive is paying attention to cervical discharge and knowing around/or the time you ovulate.. Pay attention to when your last period was, that's the first day of your cycle and if around the 15th day (around that time) your ovulation period is close.. I had relations with my husband for a week around that time (bc I didn't want to buy an ovulation test) and got pregnant., :) beat of luck to you

It doesn't help fertility, no but it helps your body get nutrients when you do get pregnant and don't know at the time.
