Hypotension -- perhaps the cause of my worsening Msickness?

Hey Ladies, So I had this awful headache for like 2 days and decided to check my BPressure. Turns out it was even lower than usual (81/56 and 89/56) and my heart rate has increased to 86 beats per minute, I'm guessing to compensate for the low bp. My morning sickness has been much worse this last week or so, as well as my fatigue. I'm thinking it might be due to the low bp, although I haven't had any near black outs lately (had them in weeks 5 to 7 or 8).

Did any of you suffer with hypotension during pregnancy? Is there anything I can do to remedy this, and when does it become dangerous, i.e. too low? I see my midwife soon (and already spoke to on Monday about my vomiting) so I'm hoping to do things to help between now and then. I've read sodium, gatorade and drinking fluids is a good idea. Any other suggestions?

Funny thing is, I had hypertension (and possible pre-eclampsia) at the end of my pregnancy with my daughter so I've been on the lookout for high blood pressure, not low.

Wear support hose.  My ob said it helps.  Also when u feel bad lay on your left side and rest.  It will help.  I had to do that alot because I had tachycardia and low bp.  Make sure when u get up do it slowly.  Good luck.
