Drink water usually headaches is a sign of dehydration

Yes it is safe to take Tylenol, up to 3,000 mg a day.. Ask your OB for a listing of safe medicines during pregnancy. Mine gave me one.

Im 11 weeks snd they are terrible. I eat a chocolate,rest,nap, tylenol and something cold on my head helps.

Im 18 weeks tomorrow and I still get super horrible headaches. I usually take tenol and it goes away sometimes tea or taking a small nap.
