I NEED HELP

I'm newly pregnant,  my first baby,  and I am 23. I have a terrible smoking problem.  I know that the first 3 months are most critical. I am having so many problems. :( I feel terrible because I don't want my child to have anything wrong because I was being selfish.

What I did to quit smoking was throw away every lighter n cigarette pack I had. Kept enough cash on me for what i knew i was doing that day and left the cards at home. Then I got big bottles of water (3 of the smartwaters). I kept one with me at all times, unlidded, and the other two filled in the fridge so I couls get another one. Whenever I started craving I left the bottle with me unlidded and would take tiny sips to replace the hand to mouth motion of smoking. I quit smoking 2wks before conceiving and have week days where I miss it but use the wated trick and it works again for me. Plus the water will wind
up supplementing what u n baby need now anyway :) good luck

I believe when you stress it does harm. A happy mum is a happy baby. I'm still smoking but not having more then 10 a day. Just cut down and stress less.
