I am in pain

I am experiencing period like cramping that focuses mostly on my lower left abdomen but radiates across my abdomen and in my lower back. When I went to the emergency room there was blood in my urine sample and all they did was hook me up to the fetal monitor same when I went to the doctor. Something is wrong but they wont do any tests to discover what it is and I need help. I have been hurting like this for 2 days now it does not let up and it has not went away it just constantly hurts but it does hurt worse when I stand or walk. I need HELP what is going on with me what should i do??

I need to ask you a question before i give you and answer, when they hooked you up to the monitor did they do it to check for fetal movement or did they do it because they know for a fact your pregnant, it=f so most likely you are pregnant and having very badly symptons, take a test and visit your local women health clinic
