Thanx ladies I tought I was the only one... But see thats the thing I eat all of that most of my pregnancies ive stduggling with low iron. I was takin 4 tablets of iron a day n it still wasnt helping they told me if it didnt go up I was going to have to get the shots. But since I delivered before time I guess they didnt worry too much afterwards. Im trying my best to eat healthy but really I dnt eat much because I lost my appetite since the beggining of my pregnancy...

I have to take an iron supplement too. The pills not helping though its the same as it was before i started taking it. My mom was the same way but she couldnt take the pills since they made her sick. They ended up having to give her iron shots.

Leafy greens (the fresher the better) and red meats, and.do NOT drink tea as it inhibits the absorbtion of iron into your system.... But keep aan eye on it. If your body is anything like mine you may have to take the iiron suppliments anyway. I know even with the suppliments and staying away from tea I still struggle with low iron levels.
