Can any one inform me of methods to better my chances of conceiving a child?

You should start prenatal vitamins too, it took my husband and I six months to conceive our second, I just got my BFP a few days ago, and with our first we conceived the first month. Just stay positive it will happen, you just have to make sure you have sex around ovulation. What I was doing is every other day making sure one of them was on ovulation.

We have been trying for about 6 months now. and we are both pretty healthy i just recently make him take vitamins.

It can take a healthy couple in their twenties up to a year to conceive, I have been trying for a year with a three month break that ended six months ago and I just conceived this month. How long have you been trying for? You only have a 20-25% chance of conceiving each month.

yes, i kno when im ovulating and i take folic acid every day.
