If you're unable to keep any fluids down for more than 24 hours, then you need to contact your obgyn to discuss. You risk serious complications that may lead to hospitalization for dehydration. Some immediate things - drink pedialyte to restore your electrolytes, wear SeaBands at the wrists, try the BRAT diet (bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast), separate drinking and eating by at least 30 min., eat very small meals but on a frequent basis, take 50-100 mg of vitamin B6 morning and night. If all else fails, you may need a prescription of Zofran. I had to take this from wk 9 - wk 22. I hope that you're able to conquer morning sickness alot sooner!
