Havent had an ultrasound since 7th week, i know you can have norma symotoms with missed miscarry but can you have ligament pains or abdomin discomfort? (friend seems to think so but i dont)

im on my 14th week and hadnt had an ultrasound or been seen since my 7th week. Saw the baby and heard the strong heartbeat. I know with a missed miscarry you have all the normal symptoms but would you feel twinges/pain/spasms in the abdomin i guess ligament stretching? And seem to get bigger. I didnt think so cause it wouldnt grow if the baby isn,t but my friend is presistant on telling me you can. Which i dont believe. I feel them on and off throughout the day especially getting up fast or just lying there. Hard to explain the different sensations. But its uncormfortable. Thanks! I go wed to find out.

i am 16wks and i have ligament pains a lot but i still don't have any symptoms except for headaches. i had a friend who's baby quit growing at 9wks and they didn't catch it until her 20wk scan. she was gaining weight and still had pregnancy symptoms so its really hard to say. i bought a heart doppler from walmart and i was able to hear the heartbeat on it at 12wks. its great to have but i try not to use it to much because if i can't ever hear it i will freak out!!!! i hope everthing goes great with your pregnancy!!!

i was waiting on insurance that kept getting postponed so i finally got into a comm health clinic so i go in wed to start that and hopefully insurance will happen soon. The only reasons why i was seen before was because i was bleeding and had an ultrasound done and saw the baby (7th week)

Can you have stretching pains though or ligament pains?

From what i no, if you have a missed m/c, you could still have pregnancy symptoms or they could completly go away.  Some women who have a missed m/c is found when they go to there next dr appt or if they all of a sudden began to have a natural m/c after having a missed m/c for a while, then i would assume you would start having pain.

I hope everything is ok at your next dr appt.  Why was your appts so far away, i thought drs normally see pt every 4 weeks.
