I hate milk as well, like when I say hate I mean hate.. so what I started tl dl is put a cup of milk and a banana in the blender and drink it like that.. it was soo good :)and also eat a lot of cereal until the milk tastes cerealy haha
Lol idk my Dr told me not to drink milk during pregnancy. He's a moron though.
not really you can get the same nutrition that milk gives you in supplaments and other foods. talk to your dr about alternatives

I barely drank it throught out my whole pregnancy I drank soy milk but I ate a lot of yogurt to still get my vitamin D and stuff
I can't drink milk, so I eat yogurts and cheese. Im lactose intolerance and was craving milk,so I was drinking it until it gave me really bad gas and stomach cramps. That was the worst feeling
I hate milk to eww my doctor said one yogurts and 2 slices of cheese is equivalent to a glass of milk a day
What is it about milk you dont like? The taste? Or does it just gross you out in general? Im not a big milk fan either but my doctor told me making hot chocolate will give you the same nutrition a cup of milk will except for some added sugars but its still ok so maybe you can try that and eat plenty of pasturized yogurts and cheeses:)
Same here I hate it what I do is like get my favorite doughnut and have a glass or milk with it and when I do drink milk alone I have strawberry milk:)

nah it's a-okay! that's what your prenatal vitamins are for. if you're considering breast feeding it might be an issue though because from what i understand, you're suppose to drink a lot of milk to keep your supply up
I think milk and stuff is to help the baby grow healthy strong bones and spine, dont quote me on it though
