I feel Pregnant but all signs say NO

My last period was July 5th 2010. I have been having symptoms of pregnancy such as: nausea, heartburn, constipation, lower back pain, mood swing, tender breast, and frequent urination. I have taken many HPT but all come up NEGATIVE. On August 31st 2010 I had one trickle of blood and it stopped completely. I then went to the doctor for a blood pregnancy test and still NEGATIVE. I feel something is wrong with my body. My back is extremely in pain and I can barely sleep at night but im always tired. I feel that im crazy. Still no period. Maybe im just weird.

There isn't necessarily something wrong.  For whatever reason you could have had an annovulatory cycle, meaning you did not ovulate and therefore did not have the resulting menstrual bleeding.  An anovulatory cycle can occur for many reasons...illness, medication, environmental factors, stress or an unknown reason.  I went 64 days with no period and no explanation.  I too took a slew of pregnancy tests and a blood test and all were negative.  I eventually started my period.

it could be PMS symptoms, and sometime periods get irregular, dont stress your self it can delay your periods. Good luck
