I feel dumb asking

Ok so last night I woke up several times (too many) with CRAZY cramp like feeling all over my abdomin and my lower back. My hips were killing me! I thought it was the way I was lying but when I tried to move it almost made me cry. Were they contractions? I was so tired I went back to sleep as soon as the pain stopped. Then I woke up this morning with my lower back and hips killing me again. I had to get on my hands and knees to make it stop. And now nothin is happening. Im 38+2... should I be worried?

My first labor contractions felt just like that, woke me up out of a sleep, but it felt a lot like I had to have a BM and couldn't, BH can get very intense around now though, so if they're regulating or getting super painful is when they're probably progressing your cervix

Sounds like your having strong brackston hicks contractions . You really cant do to much about it but its your bodys way of practicing real labor. When they are real you will be able to time them and you most likely be in a huge amount of pain.
