My Dr told me they can't see me until I'm 8weeks. I hope there's nothing wrong now that I have to wait to find out. Did anyone else's Dr say that too?

I had a dating u/s done at 6 weeks but didn't actually see my doc until 12 weeks.

My Dr will see you as early as 5 weeks.

This is my second pregnancy. For both pregnancies the doc wanted me to wait between eight to ten weeks because before then there wont be much to see on the ultraound.

My doctor makes you wait ten its totally normal...they're jus busy and want to be able to see it at the first appt

My doctor wouldn't see me until 12w because it was my second pregnancy and I had absolutely no complications with my first. Also with my first he would see me until 8w because sometimes they can't even find the baby before that point.

Yeah mine was like that too. There's nothing they can really do until you're 8 weeks anyways

Most Dr's won't see you before that because there's not too much to do. Earlier than 7-8 weeks its hard to date the pregnancy and its not always possible to see anything on ultrasound.
