Omg me too!! Even the smell of soap gets to me...smh
Aw I'm sorry you're still going through it. I hope it goes away for me.. I didn't think it would be so difficult
That used to happen to me . I'd have to hide in my room infront of the fan when my mom cooked lol I couldn't stand food or looking at it .. I lost weight but then it kind of went away after 14 weeks I still had a lot of nausea though and I still do sometimes I'm 39.2 weeks so for some of us it never goes away :( my mom says that is because I'm having a girl and girls make it harder but who knows ! Good luck try some plain food like crackers ginger ale used to help me also sprite helped buecause it burned my throat when I felt nauseous and it'd make it go away . :)
Yes I'm in my first trimester. Only 10 weeks .. I guess I have to be patient ..
Thanks for the tip on ginger ! I was told to buy ginger ale but to drink it at room temperature
Also try sniffing on raw ginger. That helped me alot too. Hopefully you'll feel better when you get into your second trimester
& holding your nose wil do nothing because you'll still end up smelling it or tasting it. Good luck!
Lol , you must be in your 1st trimester , my nausea has gotten so much better & my senses has gotten better as well(:
17 weeks & counting .
Lemon Will Probably help..
And I get what Your saying I had Popeyes and it tasted like grease and nothing else. My boyfriend is always eating Chinese so when I smell it I just get sick.
That sounds terrible. I've been trying to stay away from fast food since I found out but I decided to try a McDonalds fry and it tasted like grease! But my sister said it tasted fine. So during this time for you, you'll have the task of finding what works with your senses and what doesn't. I sniff on a lemon when I feel queasy in the stomach- maybe that will help.
