@arianna92- I couldn't agree more, I drink 3-4 bottles of water daily and haven't had any problems with constipation. I also loooove broccoli so that helps too. I'm 25w3d
A whole big bottle of cranberry juice, and not the cocktail with all that added sugar. It's also healthy for your urinary track too.
Um lots n lots of water. I am 26 weeks on friday n have not had ne problems going! Drink like 4 bottles of water everyday n i promise u wont have a problem either

This may be um tmi but try lotion. Not eating it of course! Lol but try using lotion umm down there. And walk around alot it will loosen it up. Hope this helps.

Flax seed will get you regulated too. It takes a day or two but I've had no problem since. You can add a teaspoon full to yogurt, applesauce or anything similar.
Apple juice works for me. I havnt really tired anything else.
I was the exact same my first trimester my doc told me to take milk of magnesium & it worked for me (: I took the cherry flavored it was under $3 at the convenient store. I kno that feeling of having to go but not being able too, it ***** so bad girl ! Good luck
