Every time I throw up, I pee. No matter what. How on earth is one supposed to keep up with laundry? Let alone all the body soap one goes through when it's multiple times a day.

I'm loosing my sanity.

Oh dear I feel your pain. I have that same little problem. Even though I go to pee minutes before I throw up I still pee myself and idk,how because like I say I pee way before I throw up. I pee myself all the times that I throw up sometimes it's so embarrassing because I'm worried that it will happend in a public place. When I sneeze I have to cross my left if not I will pee myself. There's nothing that I could do to hold it while I throw up not even pads :/

I know what u mean I have to stop what im doing and cross my legs when I sneeze or cough

I had that for the whole first two trimesters. I always had a trash can to throw up in with a plastic bag in it.

It same to me but i use daily care free it is better to change it than changing your underwear every time

I would sit on the toliet and use a trash can or something

Lol me too!! Thank god im done for now anyways with the puking but I did too every time. I would literally go pee right before I knew I was gonna puke and still pee. They say keegals help..

Also maybe try crossing your legs really tight? That can help sometimes long enough for you to be done throwing up and able to get your butt to the toilet

I was doing the exact same a few days ago after my GTT made me terribly sick over night, except I also developed a UTI that had worsened during the day and every time I threw up I peed a little and it BURNED, I had about 3 showers just to cure the pain not including when I needed to wash myself, I wet through 4 pairs of pants and 6 knickers that I was wearing pads in to stop from soaking through  and it still did, my god girl, I'm sure you can agree it will be a miraculous time there isn't a child siting on your bladder :) when are you due?

Take a bucket with you whenever you can and sit on the toilet.
Never happened to be but I understand how it could cuz ive almost peed myself while throwing up.
