Can someone please try and help?♡

I'm 37 weeks today, 3rd pregnancy, and all day today off and on, and last night, I've been having this pressure feeling in my lower abdomen. It's not really painful it just feels like a tight pressure. And on the top of my abdomen it feels so so sharp, and it's painful. Idk what this is. I can't call my doc cuz she's out on vacation. It's really not that concerning, but I'm just wondering if any of u have experienced the same pain and know what it is. I would appreciate any opinions or advice thanks♡

It could be dysphoria. Its where the an muscles are seperated. Normally the muscles would be your support but there's literally just skin between u and Ur baby which can make it feel like pressure pulling down. I just learned this cause I have it. It goes away after birth
